Are there per-seat fees?
No. Pricing is by order volume and store count, so every picker, driver and manager can use it.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days free on up to 2 stores, running your real orders. Choose a plan before the trial ends to keep going. Nothing is charged for a plan until you choose one.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time setup fee, paid over 3 months. It covers creating your accounts and logins, importing your order history and payouts, and training your team. If you don’t continue after the trial, the remaining setup payments are cancelled. Paying a year upfront waives it.
How fast can we start?
We set you up in one day. Your order history and payouts follow within about a week, in the background.
What counts as an order?
Every order created in Drofilla, delivery or pickup, whether it came from an email, the admin or the API.
What if we go over our plan?
Extra orders are billed at your plan’s per-order rate, with no penalty rate. If you keep going over, the next plan usually costs less.
Is there a contract?
Plans are month to month. Paying a year upfront gets two months free.
