Drofilla provides cloud-hosted software for logistics operations. Features depend on the subscription tier executed in your order form.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer except where law permits, or use the service to violate export controls or anti-spam regulations.

Data & confidentiality

Each tenant environment is logically separated. You retain ownership of your business data subject to the privacy policy.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Specific warranties may be negotiated in an enterprise agreement.

Limitation of liability

Liability caps and excluded damages should be set by counsel in the governing master agreement. This placeholder is not legal advice.
