By accessing Drofilla you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. Drofilla is operated by Thurix LLC.
Service description
Drofilla provides cloud-hosted software for logistics operations. Features depend on the subscription tier executed in your order form.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer except where law permits, or use the service to violate export controls or anti-spam regulations.
Data & confidentiality
Each tenant environment is logically separated. You retain ownership of your business data subject to the privacy policy.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Specific warranties may be negotiated in an enterprise agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thurix LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Thurix LLC for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Thurix LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
SMS communications
Drofilla does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes should be directed to contact@drofilla.com for good-faith resolution.
